We have an exclusive in-house specialized housekeeping team that is available 24/7. Housekeeping is a big focus within our company. Our team works very closely with our housekeepers to ensure each property is thoroughly cleaned and properly inspected during each check out. We also partner with a team of highly trusted vendors that can assist with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.

We advertise on all major booking platforms!

We have achieved and have continuously maintained superhost status on Airbnb. Our properties are rated 4.8 and above - nearly perfect!! We also advertise on all the other major platforms including VRBO, booking.com, expedia, and many more.

Our fees are low, simple, and straightforward.

We charge a 15% commission from each booking, small supplies fee depending on the number of reservations each month and size of your home, monthly trash service fee (if applicable) - that's it!

We know there are bigger companies out there but we see you as a partner and not just a customer.
