Q: When and how do I get paid?

A: Homeowners are paid the following service month, by the 15th. Example, payment for January would be paid in February by the 15th etc. All owners are paid via ACH direct deposit.

Q: What services do you provide?

A: We provide all property management services. This includes revenue management, guest relations, utility management, inventory management, housekeeping management, listing optimization, startup services, neighbor relations, design, home service management, guest protection/insurance, noise monitoring, tax collection/remittance, local regulation compliance, and much more.

Q: I am a host already, why should I choose you?

We provide all of this and more with one flat percentage-based fee, no long-term contracts, and the freedom to use your home as often as you like.

Q: How do you screen guests that stay at our home?

A: We proudly partner with Superhog, a company that specializes in guest screening for short term rentals. Their services are integrated with our property management software for ease of use. They use a variety of methods to confirm identity and validate important guest information. They also provide a multi-million dollar insurance policy that protects against guest damage to your property.

Q: What will my house go for per night and/or per year?

A: The success of a short-term rental property depends on a variety of things. Location, size, number of beds and bathrooms, facilities, design, functionality, square footage, sleeping configurations, nearby competitors, etc. These are a few factors. For these reasons, we consider the profitability estimate for each property separately.

Q: How will I be able to stay up to date with the condition of my home?

A: At our company, transparency is a top priority. We understand that our homeowners value the convenience of having virtual access to all aspects of their property. To ensure the highest level of quality, we conduct thorough inspections of the property after every check-out and prior to each arrival. Our team adheres strictly to a comprehensive checklist during every visit, leaving no detail overlooked. Additionally, we take and upload photos during each visit, providing our clients with the ability to view them at their convenience from any location. Our cleaning staff also follows a detailed checklist and takes before and after photos during their cleaning process. These measures enable us to document any damages, normal wear and tear, and track inventory with precision.
